Confezioni Rekord produces men and women's custom-tailored shirts for retailers interested in a reduced number of pieces for small-scale distribution.
It entirely takes place in the Confezioni Rekord headquarters in Città di Castello, (PG).
Confezioni Rekord produces, on average, 350 pieces of clothing per day. The modeling department deals with the digital planning in Cad, the size development and the review of patterns for the collection of samples. The features of each pattern and custom-tailored shirt are stored in a digital database that allows to replicate the pattern quickly and easily. The cutting and sewing department ensures high-quality products thanks to a skilled handwork and the use of computerized machines that pay close attention to detail and speed up the process. The production process terminates with the quality check, the ironing, the product trial and finally the packaging; then the process reaches the logistical stage with shipments all across Italy and abroad.
